메일 앱이 열리지 않으면 위 주소와 제목을 복사해 평소 사용하는 이메일 서비스에서 보내 주세요.
요청에 적어 주세요
- AlarmCrew 계정과 연결된 데이터의 삭제를 원한다는 내용
- 앱에서 사용한 닉네임과 #뒤의 6자리 번호(알고 있는 경우)
- 로그인 제공자와 계정에 연결된 이메일 주소(알고 있는 경우)
Apple의 이메일 가리기를 사용했다면 연결 주소가 privaterelay.appleid.com으로 끝날 수 있습니다. 주소를 모르더라도 요청을 시작할 수 있습니다.
운영자가 계정 소유를 확인한 뒤 요청을 처리합니다. 추가 확인이 필요하면 답장으로 안내하며, 닉네임만으로 다른 사람의 계정을 삭제하지 않습니다. 비밀번호·로그인 토큰·인증번호는 보내지 마세요.
삭제되는 데이터
인증 계정, 프로필, 본인이 소유한 알람, 친구·크루 관계 및 해당 계정의 기상 기록을 운영 데이터베이스에서 삭제합니다. 본인 계정과 연결된 차단·신고 데이터도 삭제됩니다. 본인이 소유한 크루 알람을 삭제하면 그 알람에 연결된 크루 기록도 삭제됩니다. 다른 생성자의 알람은 삭제하지 않습니다.
삭제가 완료된 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다. Firebase 오류 진단 기록은 Firebase의 보관 정책에 따라 90일 후 운영·백업 시스템에서 삭제 절차가 시작됩니다. 백업 및 서비스 보안 로그의 삭제 시점은 해당 제공자의 보관 정책을 따릅니다. 개인정보처리방침
앱에서 직접 삭제하기
AlarmCrew 설정 > 회원 탈퇴에서 확인 후 삭제할 수 있습니다. 실패 안내가 나오면 연결 상태를 확인하고 다시 시도해 주세요. 앱 삭제나 로그아웃만으로 서버 계정이 삭제되지는 않습니다.
Apple 연결 관리
Apple 연결 해제는 AlarmCrew 계정 삭제와 별도입니다. 계정 삭제가 완료됐다면 Apple 연결을 해제하기 전에도 AlarmCrew 서버의 계정 데이터는 삭제된 상태입니다. Apple 계정 웹사이트의 로그인 및 보안 > Apple로 로그인에서 연결을 관리할 수 있습니다. Apple 공식 안내
Request deletion without the app
You can request deletion of your AlarmCrew account and associated data without reinstalling or signing in to the app.

Subject: AlarmCrew account deletion request
State that you want your account and associated data deleted. Include your nickname and six-digit tag, sign-in provider, and linked email address if known. If you used Apple's Hide My Email, the linked address may end in privaterelay.appleid.com. You can start a request even if you do not know that address.
The operator will verify account ownership before processing deletion and reply if further verification is needed. A nickname alone does not authorize deletion. Do not send passwords, login tokens, or verification codes. If the email button does not open, copy the address and subject into your email service.
What is deleted
Deletion removes the authentication account, profile, owned alarms, friend and crew relationships, wake-up records, and linked block/report data from the operating database. Deleting an owned crew alarm also removes its associated crew records. Alarms created by other people remain. Deleted data cannot be restored.
Firebase starts removing crash diagnostics from live and backup systems after 90 days under its retention policy. Backup and service security log retention follows the relevant provider's policy.
You can also delete your account in AlarmCrew Settings > Delete account. Uninstalling or signing out does not delete the server account. Disconnecting Sign in with Apple is separate and is not required for deletion of your AlarmCrew server account to complete. Manage the connection at account.apple.com under Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple.
