AquaTick Android and Wear OS support is provided by Sparkish. Android release preparation is in progress; this page is not a Google Play download or release announcement.
If no mail app opens, email alarmcrew.support@gmail.com directly. Include your app version, Android version, device model, what happened, and the steps that reproduce it. A screenshot with private information removed can help. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens, payment credentials, or your hydration history by default.
Records and units
The app stores hydration amounts in mL and can display mL or US fl oz. Changing the display unit does not change the underlying record. An exported Android JSON backup is managed through your file picker. Keep that file if you plan to clear local app data.
Reminders and progress notifications
Check AquaTick’s reminder settings, Android notification permission, and the app’s notification channels. Battery and background restrictions can delay reminders. Progress-notification appearance can be saved even when notification permission is disabled; allow the relevant channel to display it.
Wear OS and Health Connect
Pair a compatible Wear OS device and install AquaTick on both phone and watch. Keep both apps current. Saved watch cups can remain pending until the watch receives and acknowledges the latest configuration. Health Connect requires a supported provider and hydration read/write permission. You can manage or revoke permissions in Android settings.
Pro, restoration, and cloud accounts
Use the Google account that made the Android purchase and choose Restore purchases in AquaTick where offered. An iOS subscription does not automatically restore Android Pro. Manage renewal or cancellation in Google Play Subscriptions. Cloud-account deletion and uninstalling do not cancel billing.
Android cloud sync, when available in your installed version, is an optional Google-account service for Android Pro and does not transfer iOS records. For account or data deletion, follow the deletion instructions; an email request is available without reinstalling the app.
