AquaTick Android

Terms of Use

Effective date: October 6, 2026. AquaTick Android · Sparkish. Contact: alarmcrew.support@gmail.com.

Using AquaTick

AquaTick helps you keep a personal hydration log, set reminders, and view progress on Android and Wear OS. Basic logging does not require an account. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or a guarantee that a hydration goal is suitable for you. You choose your settings and should check records and exports before relying on them.

Use the app lawfully, keep your device and Google account secure, and do not interfere with the service or access another person’s records. App features depend on device support, permissions, connectivity, and the installed version. Reminders and watch transfer can be delayed or unavailable when the system limits background work.

Android Pro and Google Play billing

Where offered, Android Pro removes in-app advertising and provides the features shown in the app’s current purchase screen. Google Play shows the applicable price, billing period, trial terms, and renewal conditions before purchase. RevenueCat helps validate access and restore purchases. Android and iOS purchases are separate; an iOS purchase does not automatically grant Android Pro.

Manage renewal, cancellation, and refund requests through the Google account and Google Play purchase that hold the subscription. Cancelling renewal does not necessarily end access immediately. Deleting a cloud account, clearing app data, or uninstalling AquaTick does not cancel a subscription. See Google Play subscription help.

Cloud, health, and your data

Android cloud sync, when available, requires your choice to connect a Google account and a valid Android Pro entitlement for synchronization. It backs up account-scoped hydration records, not cup photo files or every app setting. It does not synchronize with iOS. Access and backup are subject to connectivity and service availability.

Health Connect and Wear OS are optional integrations with their own permissions and controls. Exported backups are separate files that you manage. Keep a backup before deleting records or a cloud account if you want a retained copy. The Privacy Policy explains the data processed by AquaTick and its providers; the deletion page explains which account data is removed and which copies need separate management.

Updates, third-party services, and contact

We may update the app or temporarily limit a feature for maintenance, security, platform changes, or third-party availability. Google Play, Google sign-in, Firebase, RevenueCat, Google Mobile Ads, Amplitude, Health Connect, and Wear OS are subject to their own terms and policies. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable consumer law requires.

We update this page when the Android terms change. For questions about the app, purchases, or these terms, use Android support or email alarmcrew.support@gmail.com.
